Pickup Procedure 

Please make your way to Spa Reception to collect your order. You will need to complete a temperature check on arrival, sanitise your hands and adhere to social distancing as per Government advice. We ask that guests and visitors wear a face covering in public areas of The Resort. Please bring your order confirmation email and a form of ID when collecting your order.

Delivery   

UK & Ireland Standard Delivery: £4.95, free on orders over £75.

Orders are dispatched on a 3-5 day service with our delivery partner Royal Mail, delivered within 5 working days Monday to Friday.

*No deliveries take place on Bank Holidays.

Delivery of Galgorm Estate Gin 

UK Standard Delivery: £29.50

Northern Ireland Standard Delivery: £12.75

Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery: £16.50

Please note we cannot currently ship to UK Mainland. For UK Mainland delivery, please contact The Resort by telephone where we can arrange courier delivery.

Galgorm Estate Gin is delivered by courier and is therefore excluded from free delivery over £75.
